The room decor was lovely, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere during my Christmas stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions in the area. I really appreciated the extra amenities provided, such as the mini kitchen in the room, allowing me to prepare my own hot drinks and snacks.
Some of the staff members were not very attentive or courteous, which affected the overall experience.

It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with convenient transport links to explore the city. I loved how easy it was to get around and explore central Munich.
There was one minor drawback. The room I stayed in had a worn-out carpet, a bit disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were great, including the free gym and the bar. The location was very close to everything, with the subway station nearby and the city center within walking distance. We also enjoyed the quiet area around the hotel, just around the corner from the wonderful Deutsches Museum.
